Inspired by and based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, but with the freedom to explore poses and sequences out of the set sequence, whilst still feeling familiar to the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series and enjoying all of the benefits such as; strength, flexibility, building stamina, whilst calming the mind. Great for one hour sessions as you can't fit the whole Primary Series in less than 90-120 minute classes and to introduce Ashtanga Yoga to help students/members get familiar with the sequence and build strength and stamina.
