Intermediate Yoga Flow

Yoga flow is a dynamic flow style of yoga which joins postures together with the breath to create a practice with rhythm. This yoga style is designed to build heat in the body with fun creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures with a strong focus on breath awareness. Some previous yoga experience is recommended for this class but is also suitable for adventurous beginners with a good level of fitness.
