ACCESS
Our Hotel Reception is staffed 24 hours a day. To contact Reception call 01325 628450 or use the QR code on your bedside table to Whats App reception.
BAR
The Bar is open from 10am for soft drinks and hot beverages, and serves alcohol from 11am. Drinks are also available to be ordered as room service,a tray charge of £3.50 will apply. Click here to view the drinks menu.
BREAKFAST
A hearty breakfast is served from 6.30am until 9.30am Monday to Friday, and 8am until 10am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. If you wish to have your breakfast in the comfort of your own room, please place your order with Reception the evening before by dialling 01325 365859 with your requested time. Room Service tray charged at £3.50.
DEPARTURE
Bedrooms are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, otherwise an additional charge may be incurred. Your invoice will be emailed to you on the morning of departure. If the invoice is correct, please drop your key in the Express Check Out Box located in the main lobby. Any queries, please contact Reception on 01325 628450.
DINNER
Maxine's Restaurant is open between 5pm and 8:45pm, Monday to Sunday. Booking is always recommended. For Dinner Room Service please use the QR Code provided for the Bannatyne Room Service App or call Reception on 01325 628450. Tray charges of £3.50 will apply. FIRE REGULATIONS
Please make yourself aware of fire exits and emergency procedures on arrival.
In the event of a fire, raise the alarm by breaking the glass in the nearest fire alarm call point. Please follow the fire exit signs for the nearest exit. The assembly point is in the car park at the rear of the Hotel car park. Please DO NOT stop to collect your valuables or return to your room.
HEALTH CLUB
Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday 6am to 10.30pm
Saturday & Sunday 7am to 8pm.
Children are able to use the pool between 2pm and 7pm only.
Last entry is 30 minutes prior to closing time
Access to the Health Club, located 5 minutes drive from the hotel is complimentary to all customers booking direct and please collect a pass from Reception. If you require a towel please request one at the hotel reception. For all non-direct bedroom bookings you can purchase a £10 per person Health Club from Reception.
HEATING
Heating can be controlled by the thermostatic valve on your radiators.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Our Housekeeping team work daily between 9am and 3pm. We have supplied a door hanger - should you wish to have your room serviced, please place this on the outside of the door. If you don’t require your bedroom to be serviced during your stay, but require further amenities, please contact Reception on 01325 628450 who will be more than happy to assist.
ROOM FACILITIES
Your bedroom is equipped with a plasma television (incorporating Freeview channels and digital radio), hospitality tray, fan, hairdryer and ironing facilities.
Emergency disposable toiletries are available to purchase from Reception.
Ice buckets and glasses are available at a £5 charge.
FANS
During the Summer months, should the temperature increase, we have a fan located in the wardrobe for your use.
SMOKING
We operate a NO SMOKING and NO VAPING (E-Cigarettes) policy throughout the hotel. A fine of £100 is payable by guests who disregard this policy as we may be unable to let rooms afterwards.
There is a designated smoking area outside of the hotel on the terrace.
