You can freeze your membership quickly and easily by visiting your Member Portal and select Manage Account.
We allow memberships to be frozen for between 1 and 6 months at a charge of £10.00 per month. All freeze requests should be made no later than the 20th of the month to take effect form the 1st of the following month. If you are within a minimum term contract or prepaid agreement, your membership will be extended by the period of the freeze.

Need to change the date of your booking?
Spa Days and Treatments
Bannatyne Spa operates a 48 hour amendment policy for any Spa Treatment or Spa Day booking.
This means that up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of your experience, you can amend a booking free of charge.
Within 2 days, you cannot amend your booking.
You must reschedule to attend within the expiry date of the voucher for your Spa Treatment or Spa Day.
All payments are strictly non-refundable, subject to the terms and conditions agreed at the point of purchase.

Cancellation?
If you need to cancel your appointment and you don’t have a future date, it’s your responsibility to contact us to arrange this. If you don’t rearrange your experience before the expiry date of your voucher, you won’t be able to book with us and you will lose any money paid for the voucher.

Spa Breaks
Bannatyne Spa operates a 7 day amendment policy to any Spa Break booking.
This means that up to 7 days prior to the commencement of your experience, you can amend a booking for an administration fee of £25.00. In order to arrange this, please click Submit Enquiry at the bottom of this page and complete the form provided.
Within 7 days, you cannot amend your booking.
Your purchase is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, allowing the opportunity to rebook and attend within its validity period.
Our maximum group sizes differ based on each location, unfortunately we are unable to accept multiple bookings online, therefore please click Submit Enquiry below and complete the form provided.
