Each member receives a complimentary B:coached induction on joining. From your results you will receive a gym programme designed to suit what you want to achieve.

Our Health Clubs all have swimming pools, accompanied by our more relaxing wetside facilities such as saunas and steam rooms, or why not sit back and let the bubbles ease away your tension in one of our spa pools. 

Over 40 of our Health Clubs include an in-house Bannatyne Spa, with luxurious Elemis and Bannatyne treatments available.
