Virtual RPM 45 mins - Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and endurance rides whilst working to the pumping music. As a group you will reach your cardio peak and then ease back down with the Les Mills trainers.

Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It uses low-impact flexibility movements to help connect the mind and body whilst focusing on breathing correctly. A slightly more intense class than Yoga.

Explosive strength training will increase muscle tone and total body sculpt. Full body exercises using Clam Balls, Kettlebells and Sandbags.
