Indoor Cycling class is a high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine with a heavy, weighted flywheel that is linked to the pedals. The result is a fixed gear bike (like a track bike) – your legs are constantly moving and you have to apply pressure to slow them down.
A non weight bearing workout based in water with aerobic moves set to motivating music. The water provides the resistance burning up to 200 cal per hour

Body Balance - Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing is key to this class as all moves are derived from your breathing pattern.
Metabolic conditioning is a type of training designed to consume maximum calories during your workout, and to create an oxygen deficit that forces your body to burn calories at an accelerated rate for hours afterwards. Typically metcon follows either a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) format with short periods of intense exercise followed by similar length at a lower intensity, or circuit training with various exercises performed back to back.
