The offer is a free Guest Pass for up to two of your friends, to be used at your Bannatyne base club.
Passes must be nominated and used by the end of the following calendar month to which they are received by the member. The offer is subject to availability and numbers are strictly limited per participating health club per day.
A guest of the same name cannot use both passes.
What’s included? Guest Pass holders will be entitled to use the health club facilities on the date on which they have booked their pass for.
What’s not included: Personal training, tennis lessons and spa treatments are not included, and the Guest Pass does not entitle the holder to any food, drink, travel, accommodation, towel hire or any other expenses.
Guests can take part in Exercise classes if there are spaces free on the day but cannot pre-book them.
Places must be pre-booked - We will attempt to contact your guest to book a suitable date and time for their pass.
Photo ID will be required by your guest on arrival. Each guest pass holder will be provided with a wristband, which requires the payment of a £2 deposit to enter the club (and re-enter during the day, if required), which must be returned to a member of staff at Reception at the end of the visit, when the £2 will be refunded.
All Guest Pass holders will be contacted by a member of our team to make an appointment. They must check in for their Guest Pass through the in-club Join Online system, and in doing so, will agree to be bound by the Guest Pass Terms and Conditions.
Personal data. We will receive your friends’ names, email addresses and mobile phone numbers as part of this referral offer. By referring your friends, you are confirming that your friends have consented for us to receive their personal details in this way.
Passes are only valid for guests aged 16 and over, or 18+ at our Wildmoor club. At Bannatyne Health Club Bristol we do not permit child guest passes.
* Members of our Chingford club need to be present with their guest when attending the club.
Exclusions. Guest Passes are non-transferable and there is no cash equivalent. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
