Terms & Conditions - April 2022 - 50% off Joining Fee & 50% off May

Members who join participating clubs online or in-club before midnight 30th April 2022 will be entitled to the following offer:

50% off the joining fee and 50% off May subscription free.

All Bannatyne Health Clubs participating in this offer

Eligible members who select a direct debit membership shall have 50% of May 2022 subscription fees removed and the Joining Fee reduced by 50%.

On joining, the member will pay the following upfront:
50% of the joining fee, the remaining days of April and 50% of May subscriptions

Thereafter on direct debit options, the membership fees for June 2022 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit.

The offer is available to all types of membership (except corporate memberships and pre-paid).

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand.
If you join on a 1 or 3-month membership, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice on June 1st.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
