Spa Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions govern purchases of Bannatyne Spa Gift Cards / Vouchers (called “Vouchers” in these Terms).
2. Please note by choosing to part redeem your Bannatyne voucher the remaining voucher balance will be switched into a Bannatyne Spa voucher bookable on Spa services/appts only. If you do not wish for this to happen please email customer services with your booking request or book in spa.
3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The initial and subsequent balances of Vouchers can be checked by visiting https://spa.bannatyne.co.uk/vo...
5. Treat the Voucher as cash. As long as you haven’t acted fraudulently or negligently, if a Voucher is lost or stolen, we can cancel it to stop anyone spending the balance of the Voucher from the date you notify us. We cannot refund any balance that has already been spent on the Voucher before you notify us. If your Voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us at spacustomerservices@bannatyne.co.uk at the earliest opportunity.
6. Bannatyne is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the Voucher, and reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time.
7. Member’s discount cannot be used to purchase the Voucher but may be used when making a purchase with a Voucher as if it were cash.
8. The value of your book & pay appointment is held as a monetary Evoucher, which is used to pay off your booked appointment on the day of your booking. If the booking is cancelled within the notice period all usual T&Cs apply to the outstanding balance.
9. If you purchased a Voucher for a monetary amount, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (referred to as the “cooling off” period) without giving a reason. If you want to exercise this right to cancel, please let us know by emailing spacustomerservices@bannatyne.co.uk. Vouchers purchased for a specific service, such as a spa treatment, are strictly non-refundable.
10. Vouchers are strictly non-transferable.
11. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at point of purchase for sale or special offer items. Any Voucher balances which remain unused after 12 months will be lost.
12. Where a Voucher is redeemed in part against Bannatyne Spa services, the remainder of the Voucher balance will be available to spend against further Bannatyne Spa services only. If you wish to redeem the remainder of the Voucher balance against non-Bannatyne Spa services, please email spacustomerservices@bannatyne.co.uk to notify us.
13. Guests must be 18 and over to attend a Spa Day.
14. Vouchers purchased online can be used in part or full payment for services (Treatments, Spa Days or Overnight Spa Breaks) at any Bannatyne Spa. Vouchers cannot be used against products, in the cafe bar, or for any non-Spa services.

17. Whilst on our premises, you will be bound by the Club Rules.
18. We will use the personal information you provide to us to provide the services associated with the Voucher purchase and any subsequent spa services we provide to you. For more information about how we use your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
19. Under data protection law, you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold on you or for us to delete it. If you wish to make such a request, please write to us at legaldept@bannatyne.co.uk.
20. Vouchers are provided by Bannatyne Fitness Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03287770, whose registered office is at Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, DL1 1ST. Our VAT number is 302 3184 52.
21. Spa break dates may be amended subject to a minimum of 7 days notice and a £25.00 administration fee. All Spa Breaks and constituent parts are strictly non refundable.
