Restrictions Are Changing - All You Need To Know

Following the Government’s announcement on Monday 12th July regarding the removal of legal coronavirus restrictions across England from 19th July, we’re excited to bring you the following updates.

From Monday 19th July, the wearing of face masks and face visors in and around our facilities will be optional. Please respect the choice of other individuals, including our employees who also have the option to wear face masks whilst performing their duties, or simply as a matter of personal preference.

There will be no restrictions on mixing with other households and we will be activating equipment previously out of use in the gym. Please be respectful of the personal space of other members. Please sanitise your hands regularly as a precautionary measure.

working on a phased approach to increasing capacity

Class capacity will return on a phased approach and we will increment numbers, accordingly. Members will need to clean down any class equipment before and after use, so please arrive on time.

Capacity restrictions on our pools, saunas, steam rooms and spa pools will be relaxed further allowing increased numbers. Please respect people’s personal space in these facilities and observe the signage in respect of maximum numbers.

Cleaning stations will remain in all clubs, as will the requirement for members to clean equipment both before and after use. Please be courteous to your fellow members and ensure you adhere to these club rules.

We will continue to offer payments via your B:360 wristband, if linked to your bank card, otherwise all payments must either be via contactless or chip and PIN.

Child memberships will be available at selected sites from 1st August.

There will be no charge to add a child aged 0-3 to your membership. If you currently pay for a child aged 0-3, we will convert them to free of charge from 1st August

Children aged 4-15 will be charged at £15 per month. For information specific to your club, please enquire with the local team.

In clubs where Cafe Bars are situated, you may sit in groups. Household mixing limits will be lifted. Please respect people’s personal space in these areas.

We will ensure that the health clubs are ventilated appropriately and we will keep windows open to ensure that fresh air is available.
