Terms and Conditions – Bannatynes x Jet2holidays Prize Draw
Bannatyne Terms and Conditions
To enter this competition, either: (i) you are a new member who has joined a Bannatyne health club in February 2023; or (ii) you are an existing Bannatyne member who refers a friend, and that friend successfully joins a Bannatyne health club in February 2023 (either using the Join Online terminal in-club or remotely via the Bannatyne website). Where joining takes place under the ‘refer a friend’ scheme, the joining friend must enter the member’s email address registered to the member’s Bannatyne account into the “Member Referral” section of the online application form.
Friends must be aged 16 or over and there is no limit as to the number of friends you may successfully refer. As a result, you may enter this competition an unlimited number of times. You/your friend must still be a live member at 28 February 2023 in order for you to receive an entry to the competition.
The competition commences at 00:01 on 1st February 2023 and closes at 23.59 hrs on 28th February 2023.
This competition is only available to members of participating Bannatyne Health Clubs and is not available to non-members or guests.
Your friend must be present at the time of joining in Club for you to enter their email address.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries verified by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 1st March 2023 and the winner will be notified by phone or email thereafter. One prize is available nationwide. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner(s) will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST.
Entrants must be 18 years or over. One entry per friend joined. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over.
The prize is a seven-night holiday for two adults (who must each be 18 or over on the date of departure), on an all inclusive basis at the Secrets Siau Hotel, Ibiza, flying from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Ibiza. The prize includes flights, private in-resort transfers to and from the airport and hotel in Ibiza, accommodation in a deluxe room with garden view and one checked bag up to 25kg per person. There is no cash equivalent prize and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No purchase necessary. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. The prize does not include drinks (other than those specified), insurance, or any other expenses.
The prize must be booked by 14th April 2023 with travel to be completed between one of the following periods (subject to availability):
18/04/2023 – 25/05/2023 or
13/06/2023 – 18/07/2023 or
31/07/2023 – 07/08/2023 or
05/09/2023 – 19/10/2023 or
16/04/2024 – 23/05/2024 or
11/06/2024 – 18/07/2024 or
29/07/2024 – 05/08/2024 or
04/09/2024 – 17/10/2024.
If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way.
The participating Bannatyne Health Clubs are all Bannatyne Health Clubs.
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner will also be bound by the club rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation to this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. The competition organiser is Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST with registered company number 03287770 (“Bannatyne”). Any notices required to be given in relation to this competition should be sent to this address.

All Gympass members attending 5 visits or more during February 2023 will gain 1 entry to the prize draw.
Jet2holidays Terms and Conditions
The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/te... and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).
Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
