Nouveau Lashes Giveaway - Terms and Conditions – February 2020
To enter the Bannatyne Nouveau Lashes Giveaway Competition, you must comment on a Bannatyne Nouveau Lashes competition post on either Facebook (/bannatynespauk) or Instagram (@bannatynespa) and follow one of the prior mentioned social media pages.The competition closes 23.59 hrs on 29/02/2020. Entrants must be over 18 years. Only one entry per person. The competition organisers are Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST with registered company number 03287770.
The prize will be drawn by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after and the winners' names will be published on our social media channels thereafter. We will also contact the winner by phone as soon as possible thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, it may result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be drawn. We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified. The name of the winner will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Legal Department, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST. Any notices required to be given in relation to this competition should be sent to this address.
There is one prize bundle available nationwide, which consists of the following Nouveau Lashes products: Triple Enhance Lash Serum (5ml), Lash & Lid Foaming Cleanser (50ml), Enhance Mascara (8ml) & Prebiotic Eye Make Up Remover Gel (115ml). There is no cash equivalent prize and the prize is non-transferable. The value of the prize is £78.97 . No purchase necessary.
The winner agrees to reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of their name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way. Bannatyne will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prizes at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’ decisions in relation this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
