A bit about me

I am a personal trainer who is passionate about helping clients transform their bodies and achieve their fitness goals. Through the power of training and nutrition, we can prepare enjoyable training and nutrition plans, to make progress towards your goals.

I am a focused and hard-working personal trainer. Always looking help you develop and improve yourself, whilst keeping you accountable at all times! I have a strong background in science supporting training and nutrition. My Masters Degree in Sport Nutrition and undergraduate degree in Sport Science gives me a deeper understanding of the principles of training and nutrition. 

I am an active member of the sports research community, publishing and studying the most up-to-date training and nutrition methods, ensuring you reach your goals in the most optimal way. I have experience in providing training and nutrition to elite level athletes in football, rugby, rowing and boxing. Feel free to stop me in the gym to chat about training and nutrition.
