A bit about me

I have been passionate about health & fitness since the age of 18. Personal training is my dream job, and for me there is no better feeling than helping people change their lives by improving their health, confidence and self-esteem. 

I am very approachable, friendly and empathetic, and I like to build a strong rapport with the people I train.
