A bit about me

Hi my name is Ryan. I am a qualified personal trainer at Bannatyne’s gym. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 4 years and am a big believer in health and fitness.

In my experience I have found that there is no obstacle or hurdle that cannot be overcome with smart programming, right nutrition and, most importantly, dedication. As a PT it is my job to motivate, educate and support you through your journey to reach your goals.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine and this has translated into training others to reach their ambitions and to push them further than they believed they could go.
