For the last 14 years, I have had a great passion for the health and fitness industry. At the age of 18 I started weight training, ever since I have continued to train specifically in weight lifting/bodybuilding. In recent years when living in New Zealand, I started Muay Thai training and became highly interested in this sport as another type of fitness training, especially for its cardiovascular benefits.
I made the decision recently to make my passion my career and I am now I am a fully qualified personal trainer/fitness coach. I plan to add to my qualifications as I continue down this path. I really like helping others and my main goal is to help change the lives of people who I work with, allowing them to achieve better health, both in fitness and nutrition along with a positive mindset healthier lifestyle.
I am open to different training systems and working with those who are motivated and willing to get involved, to improve not just in the gym but with their nutrition too. I would tend to focus more on building muscle mass, strength conditioning and fat loss. Saying that I am open-minded and happy to tailor my training sessions where needed to suit different age groups, abilities and goals.
