Terms & Conditions: 6th April April 2018 offer – April free

Members who join online or in-club before 23:59 on 31st March 2018 will be entitled to the offer set out below. To take advantage of this offer, you must enter the promotional code ‘APRIL’ into the “Got a promotion code? Enter it here.” box during the Join Online process or quote it if joining in-club.

Eligible members who select a 1-month or 12-month membership shall have April 2018’s membership fees waived in full. On joining, the member will therefore pay the following fees up front:

applicable joining fee; and
the pro rata membership fee in respect of April 2018.
Thereafter, the membership fees for May 2018 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit.

This offer is only available to members who pay by monthly direct debit and is not available for 12-month memberships where payment is made in full in advance. If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand. If you are on a 1-month membership and wish to take advantage of this offer, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice on or after 1 April 2018.

The offer is available to all types of membership excluding corporate memberships, to 1-month or 12-month memberships (monthly direct debit only) and are available at all Bannatyne health clubs except Blackpool, Manchester Whitworth Street, Manchester Quay Street and Manchester Chepstow Street.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST. The promotion is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
