Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Bannatyne Gift Cards / Vouchers can only be used at Bannatyne Spas, Hotels or Fitness Clubs as part or full payment for goods. Please note vouchers created for payments made for date-specific Spa Treatments/Spa Days/Spa Breaks purchased (on or after 17/04/24) are valid only for Spa services and can only be redeemed against Spa Treatments/Spa Days/Spa Breaks. 
2. Cards/Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The initial and subsequent balances can be checked in your local Bannatyne Spa or by visiting this link - Check Balance.
4. Treat the card/voucher as cash. If a card/voucher is lost or stolen, we can cancel it to stop anyone spending your balance and issue you with a new card/voucher, but we cannot refund any balance spent on a lost or stolen card/voucher. If your card/voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
5. Bannatyne is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card/voucher, and reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time.
6. Member’s discount cannot be used to purchase the gift card but may be used when making a purchase with a gift card/voucher as if it were cash.
7. You can add any value to this gift card/voucher from £1 at any Bannatyne Spa
8. Payments are strictly non-refundable 
9. Gift Cards/Vouchers are strictly non-transferable.
10. Gift Cards/Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at point of purchase for sale or special offer items.
11.  Guests must be 18 and over to attend a spa day.
12. Bannatyne gift vouchers can be used for goods or services at any Bannatyne Health Club and/or Bannatyne Spa. Please see point 1. regarding dated service payments. This includes Wellness Gifting Bundles, personal training sessions, health club café bar spend, retail stock purchases, locker hire, towel hire, spa treatments, products or spa days, afternoon tea, tennis lessons and/or guest passes. Bannatyne gift vouchers can also be used at any Bannatyne Hotel for pre-booked afternoon tea or spa experiences.
