Health Smart May 2021 Competition

HealthSmartCompetition – April 2021 - Terms and Conditions

 To enter this competition, you must:

• register for the Bannatyne HealthSmart programme between 10 May and 20 July 2021;

• complete the HealthSmart six week programme in full, including attending both the Week 1 and Week 6 appointments;

• complete the Bannatyne HealthSmart Task Card over the six-week programme, with each Task signed off by a Bannatyne coach; 

• register at least 18 visits at a Bannatyne Health Club using the wristband swipe entry within the six-week programme period; and

• opt in to Bannatyne service communications about the HealthSmart programme. 

The competition commences at 00:01 on 10 May 2021 and closes at 23.59 hrs on 31st August 2021.

This competition is only available to members of participating Bannatyne Health Clubs and is not available to non-members or guests. The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries verified by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 1 September 2021 and the winners will be notified by phone or email thereafter. One prize is available per participating Bannatyne Health Club. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winners will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST.

Entrants must be 18 years or over. One entry per person. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified. 

The prize is a Myzone MZ-3 Fitness Tracker and a box of Grenade protein bars (from a selection, at Bannatyne’s discretion). The total prize value is £161. There are no cash equivalent prizes and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No purchase necessary. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

The prizes must be collected by 1 September 2021. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way.

The participating Bannatyne Health Clubs are all clubs that are open as at 5 May 2021. 

Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner will also be bound by the club rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prizes at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation to this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.

The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
